Hi, i write some post in my blog about OTRS, including a PHP script for make one report with statics by agent and total of tickets new, open, and pending, i think amazing and is a great help for my company with 200 tickets/day and 5 agents. Only two problems: 1) I write in spanish :-( (my english is not good enough). 2) I make this script for my own use, then, the script need a lot of work to make this usefull for everyone.
If any body can help to make a "clean" on code and SQL querys, or translate to english, I will be greatefull.
