Some tips:

   - Edit /otrs/Kernel/Config.pm and replace r...@localhost for a real email
   address in AdminEmail
   - Associate email addresses to queues in
   index.pl?Action=AdminSystemAddress so you have a valid from field for each
   mail sent
   - If you want OTRS to automatically create tickets from emails, create a
   pop/imap account in index.pl?Action=AdminMailAccount
