Hi, I don't the solution for your fisrt question but i'm intersted :) To restrict customer from creating tickets in particular queue, you just have to select the queue that you want your customer can chose here (via sysconfig) : Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew -> CustomerPanelOwnSelection In hope it's help.
