OTRS,
I don't think I explained my problem very well.
When I create a new queue and add it to my view (or anyone elses for
that matter), it feels to me like I have a permissions problem as the
set up to add the queue to my view only lasts until I log out. When I
log back it it is gone. Can anyone tell me where this data is stored so
I can see if it is actually getting written to what ever DB it is stored in.

We have had otrs running successfully for quite some time. Recently we
needed a second queue for some special incoming email for feedback
instead of support. I created this and all is good. I can login add
that queue so that I see it and the support queue. Other users can
also. However when we logout and log back in the new queue is gone and
we have to go to the admin part of the gui and re add it to our queue view.
What am I missing?
