Daniel,

I have found one mapping parameter in SysConfig, here it is:

"CustomerNotifyJustToRealCustomer:"
This sends customer notifications just to mapped customer. Normally if
no customer is mapped, the latest customer sender gets the notification.        

Try to change this parameter (YES - NO) and do tests.

I guess it might help you.
