That's what I thought, looks great!  Now if I could get it to do that on
my install.

I am doing testing on an installation that was updated from 2.3 if that
makes any difference.

Any ideas on how I can trouble shoot this?

Inline images means this hier, shown between 1:10 and 2:10.

It's for email inbound and outbound. It's working in OTRS 2.4 per  
default.
