Hi Carlos, In the SysConfig, you can define different calendars with different working hours and different holidays. See [http://doc.otrs.org/2.4/en/html/a2938.html#Framework:Core::Time::Calendar1] ; you can define up to 10 via sysconfig and up to 99 via Config.pm.
You can select which calendar to use for queues and SLA's.
