Hi
I have been trying to add a column to dashboard that displays the time
that the ticket was last updated (AgentDashboardTicketGeneric.dtl).
I have managed to add the clients name and the agents name to this
display but have struck out with adding the last updated time.
I have been using this as a reference

- but it does not address the dashboard.
Any help would really be appreciated.
