I placed the file in the directory you mentioned and now it works, but I could not find otrs2.conf in Windows. Maybe the name is different for windows. Agustín. This example quickly edits Login.dtl which is not the best way of doing this, the real way is to create a theme for your company, and then you wont loose it in an upgrade. However, this is quicker. If you want to add the logo to customers, etc, you'll need to edit their corresponding DTL files.
