Can anyone tell me when is change management going to be part of OTRS::ITSM ? I read in OTRS::ITSM brochure that it should be implemented in Q4 2009 (http://www.otrs.com/fileadmin/mediafiles/Download/Praesentationen/Service_Management_Solutions_OTRS_Inc.pdf) Any news regarding this matter ?
