Hi

Can anybody Please telll how to define a Ticket State "Hold"  and time for
which the ticket state is Hold , should not be calculated for Average
resolution time.

      Did you try to install it from within cpan (as in run cpan and
then doing "install  io::socket::ssl")? Also, which OS/Distro are you
using? Some of them made many cpan modules as packaged you can install
using, say, yum or apt-get.

I was wondering, is there was a way to import a csv (containing
username,firstname,lastname, customerid, and email) to otrs's customer
database? And if it was possible to associate other data (add fields if you
will) to the customers?

in the ticket reply screen (screen where agent replies to a ticket).

I am aware that we can use FreeText for that. But how?

Hi,

I am not able to send email in the OTRS system to external people. When I send 
to internal staff it's ok.

Here is the error. Anyone has any ideas?
