Hi Saurabh,

I'm pretty sure that the action to delete e-mails after processing cannot be
changed due to possibilities of duplicate tickets and so forth. Therefore if
you want to retain e-mails I would create a secondary mailbox (OTRSArchive)
or whatever and then define a rule for your otrs mailbox to forward e-mails
to this account.
