Hi Bastien, Actually, the problem is that because of safety reasons web browsers don't have access to binary data on the clipboard of the user. There IS a possible workaround, and that is to use a Java applet in the users browser. This will probably not be acceptable for the 'Customer' login, but can be really helpful for OTRS 'Power Users' such as your helpdesk analysts.
