Hi, All interactions are stored in the article table. Answers from agents usually will have article_type_id=9,10 and article_sender_type=1 and their content will be at a_body. Take a look at http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/misc/otrs-2.4-database.png to understand the whole schema
