I continue to watch the video and after they run some scripts: dbupdate-to-2.4.mysql.sql and Perl DBupadate-to-2.4.pl and another one I think it's for upgrade the version database but I have already a OTRS 2.4.5 version so I need to use this scripts? I not do that and when I want to log on the agent interfaces with r...@localhost with my old password I don't have any access

But Again if you had version 2.4.5 running and you are just upgrading you do NOT need to touche mysql at all.
