Any ideas how should I get my tickets to my Caldav based calendar
system ? it is possible for example in salesforce.com CRM/helpdesk -
it is killer.
This solution should be very helpful to peoples whois are not
dedicated Servicedesk coworkers but also has another responsibilities
- mainly for SMB peoples.
Any ideas ?
