Hi Luis, We ship indeed a small number of modules in Kernel/cpan-lib. If you want OTRS to leverage the library you installed rather than the one in Kernel/cpan-lib you should be OK by removing them from Kernel/cpan-lib. Please be aware that we do update the files in Kernel/cpan-lib so usually you would not need to bother.
