That's a good topic. And actually, also for me it's a bit cumbersome as I'm unfamiliar with German... The forum, and the wiki, are run by André Bauer and he kindly provides it to the OTRS community. The forum software is now multiligual and English by default. I will ask André if he can make the Mediawiki install English as well.
