Thanks Nils, I didn't realize that there was a CRONw folder that was contained in the OTRS install, once I found that it all fell into place.
Ryan this is normally executed every 10 minutes by the local CronJob service CRONw which is delivered with the *.msi installer. What says the crontab.txt file in $INSTALL_DIRECTORY/CRONw/crontab.txt? Is the CRONw service running?
