The difficulty is of course, deciding how you should be able to SEARCH the data in this field, for instance, let's say you have a field where you can select fruit, and let's say it is displayed as check boxes: X Apples X Bananas X Strawberries So let's say you check Apples and Strawberries, for a certain ticket. Would you need to be able to search on all tickets that have "Apples" selected? Probably. Would you need to be able on tickets that have both Apples and Strawberries checked? I guess yes. Would you need to be able to select tickets that ONLY have Apples checked and not Bananas and Strawberries? Probably... so how should that look in the search dialog? ... While it IS possible, it's going to require some thought. The workaround for now is to just create separate free text fields for Apples, Bananas and Strawberries, with a Yes/No value for each.
