Hi, First of all, IMAP is for RECEIVING email, and not for sending! You should define this in Admin > PostMaster Mail Accounts. the email address you should add under Admin > System Email Addresses. http://doc.otrs.org/2.4/en/html/x1590.html#email-receiving-pop3
Outgoing email you can configure under Admin > SysConfig > Framework > Core::Sendmail http://doc.otrs.org/2.4/en/html/c1572.html#email-sending If you have any specific questions, please ask.
