Hi

I found the solution to my problem (Customers cannot send Tickets) at
http://otrshelpdesk.orangebw.bw/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminSysConfig&Suba
ction=Edit&SysConfigSubGroup=Frontend::Customer&SysConfigGroup=Framework
&#  at the CustomerGroupSupport option I set the value to no, which is
the default value.
