Hi I am currently running OTRS 2.4.7 ITSM 2.0.2, but I didn't install some packages like:
ITSMIncidentProblemManagement 2.0.2 ITSMServiceLevelManagement 2.0.2 ITSM 2.0.2 Am I loosing any functionalities?
