Hi Erik,
yes, you can backup the database + configuration settings from the
Linux machines and load that on a Windows machine. Of course, minor
adjustments to the configuration file (paths!) will be needed, but the
database dump is fully usable on a Windows MySQL database as well.
I just did a conversion the other way around for a client: Windows >>
Linux. That was a breeze.
