Hello All,
OTRS ITSM module can meet 6 of the processes of ITIL. We want to evaluate some other processes of ITIL through open source product like capacity, availability, continuity, financial management etc. Can somebody guide us if there are tools available to meet these additional requirements and how well they can integrate with OTRS?
