I haven't tried it, but it seems reasonably possible to add a second
authentication method. You'd just copy your current active directory setup
and append 1 to the entries:
$Self->{'AuthSyncModule1'} = 'Kernel::System::Auth::Sync::LDAP';
$Self->{'AuthSyncModule::LDAP::Host1'} = 'ldap://ldap.example.com/';
$Self->{'AuthSyncModule::LDAP::BaseDN1'} = 'dc=otrs, dc=org';
$Self->{'AuthSyncModule::LDAP::UID1'} = 'uid';
$Self->{'AuthSyncModule::LDAP::SearchUserDN1'} = 'uid=sys, ou=user,
dc=otrs, dc=org';
$Self->{'AuthSyncModule::LDAP::SearchUserPw1'} = 'some_pass';
$Self->{'AuthSyncModule::LDAP::UserSyncMap1'} = {
# DB -> LDAP
UserFirstname => 'givenName',
UserLastname => 'sn',
UserEmail => 'mail',
};
[...]
# AuthSyncModule::LDAP::UserSyncInitialGroups
# (sync following group with rw permission after initial create of first agent
# login)
$Self->{'AuthSyncModule::LDAP::UserSyncInitialGroups1'} = [
'users',
];
