Hi list,

Big heads here are asking the following thing to be retrieved from OTRS :
during a determined time-frame, provide a count of the ticket based on the 
resolution time.


More clearly, that is :
- for the last month
- how many tickets
- have been resolved/closed in "0 to 4hours", "4 hours to 1 day", "1 day to 8 days" and 
"8 days and more".

Is it possible to get this stat within the stat module ?
