I'm sorry, there exists no native application.
Since OTRS is a web application there's usally no need for another
interface, because a web browser is almost always available.
Of course there may be cases where one needs such an interface, but
AFAIK there's none planned.
Regarding the iphone app several users suggested to have a web interface
suitable for mobile devices so that there would be no need to have one
app for each device.
