Dear Bruno, otrs.pl is not a valid OTRS standard file. I recommend to search for this filename in all configurations.
If you do not have time so search manually ... just run a grep. Make sure, this happens outside production times: grep -r otrs.pl /opt/otrs/ On 23.02.2011, at 10:41, Bruno Cardon wrote: > Sometimes we receive the following errormessage and cannot be reproduced > > Software error: > > slurp_filename('/opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/otrs.pl') / opening: (2) No such file > or directory at /usr/lib/perl5/ModPerl/RegistryCooker.pm line 541 — Nils Leideck Senior Consultant http://webint.cryptonode.de / a Fractal project --------------------------------------------------------------------- OTRS mailing list: otrs - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs
