Hi Jurjen, I'm not sure how that problem appeared actually, everything works fine for me.
But you may try to highlight <OTRS_CUSTOMER_BODY>, then click on "remove/erase format", not sure though if this will help in anyway, but you can give it a try and let us know how things work.
