Hi,
We have otrs version 3 with ITSM extensions for the CMDB.
In the CMDB we have defined new classes and contents in Portuguese, but
when we go to search we have 2 problems:
- The fields names are shown in UTF-8, without formating
- The search is only made in the main fields of the class. Id the class
definition has sub fields (ex: ip address from network in computer
class), they don't show up for selection in the search
Does anybody else has these problems ? Anybody knows a way how to solve
them ?
