Hi, I had the same Problem updating to an 3.0.x version. I had the effect, that some .pm files were not updated correctly.
you can check the files for example Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketCompose.pm and check, if the version is the correct one. My correct files (3.0.x versions) were named AgentTicketCompose.pm.custom_backup with an custom_backup at the end. I renamed the old AgentTicketCompose.pm in AgentTicketCompose.pm-old-version And the AgentTicketCompose.pm.custom_backup in AgentTicketCompose.pm and everything works fine (remember to delete Browser Cache if necessary) HTH Regards Florian Von: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Im Auftrag von Andrew Meyer Gesendet: Mittwoch, 17.
