Hi Paul, yes, but you'd need to generate it by means of a cron job. This cron job can call otrs.GenerateStats.pl script. See: http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/stats-managing-the-stats-module-by-the-sysadmin.html#stats-mkstats
