Hi Martin,

Afaik there is no limit in Otrs providing you the service of not sending mails. 
Is this a new install that never worked or did the email sending work before? 
I'm assuming you are on linux and using a local sendmail? Can you send mail at 
all from the machine?

If on linux the /var/log directory may also provide some hints.
