Hi Jan, i just read your email, but i did it, deleted the email (put in the spam) and then run manaully the download process...

We had similar problems with OTRS 2.3.4 some time ago. Only help was to open the mailbox from a mail program (thunderbird, outlook ...) and remove the specific mail (should be the third oldest from your given run). If you have to have that one in the ticket system, you might be able to edit the source of the mail and add it manually (with the tool PostMaster.pl, see http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/email-receiving.html). You should open a bug report (or add to a maybe existing one) on bugs.otrs.org also! Btw. what seems strange for me is that the POP3 process stopped for account2 after 20 mails and did not continue for the 4 residual mails without an error message.
