Hi, just check the logs, indeed. It is absolutely possible to deploy like this, and I have deployed multiple setups like this. One of the gotchas is you'll NEED to have a different vhost for each OTRS instance. So you can for instance do 'helpdesk.mycompany.com' and 'helpdesk-test.mycompany.com' but you can not set up 'helpdesk.mycompany.com/otrs/index.pl' and '/otrs-test/index.pl'. --
