Hi, does anyone no off an otrs module (pakage) to add announcements to the customer login or customer My Tickets area?
Simplest would be a list of definable Text or one big Text Field? "System xyz is down, no need to create Tickets. Will approximately take 30 Minutes." So you don't get 50 Tickets for a known issue?
