No, I mean it ... you can store the number in a different Customer User field and have the CustomerID be email, for instance. But by default, only what's directly in the ticket is displayed on the dashboard. http://forums.otterhub.org/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=5156 There are people who have extended the dashboard information to reflect more Customer information, but this is what's available in core.
