Hi Johannes, did you manage to find a workaoround to this issue? I am having exactly the same problem on OTRS 3.2.6. I guess the DBI lib being used is still the same (# $Id: DBI.pm,v 1.3 2011-11-28 12:28:37 mb Exp $)
