Hi Renee,

Where do I check the web server log?

Hi John,

Actually I had installed OTRS 3.3.2 accidentally and had installed packages
for the 3.3.3, when I noticed that I was running the older build I went to
upgrade to 3.3.3 then when I went to Package Manager, there were notices
that the packages needed to be reinstalled. So when I tried to reinstall
one of the package, this issue occured. I had tried to go to command line
to uninstall all the packages and reinstall them again. Still the same
issue, I cannot access the package manager anymore.

Thanks.

Regards,
Zak
