Hi Justin,

Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketCompose###DynamicField should hold the fields
you want in "Replies".
.
You might want to take a look at
http://forums.otterhub.org/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=24116 and adjust for change
on StateID.
