if there is no option
long_query_time= in my.cnf.
mysqld --verbose --help crashes at:
log_slow_rate_limit 1
segmentation fault
with long_query_time=0
it shows
log_slow_rate_limit 1
long_query_time H?H???Ph??u-I??H?H?????
min_examined_row_limit 0
