As far as I can tell, this is a consequence of earlier brokenness, incomplete
repos and missing files.
If the state of your local system is ok (either no mysql packages, or a decent
previous install of mysql 5.0 stock or ourdelta, 5.1 stock or mariadb), things
work ok.
If your system has an install from earlier test builds, the dependencies
will be borked. Best to remove those manually, then install again.
