It was for Cogent in the Los Angeles market on Monday. Routing dealt 
with it, but it was pretty nasty for several hours.

LAX -> Singapore -> Hong Kong -> Japan -> Seattle -> Phoenix is ugly, 
with major packet loss.

:-) I hate to say it, but that's the norm for those points, esp at peak times.

Maybe we need an outages-venting@ list, so at least regular problems
get logged.  :-)
