Anecdotally, here's the impact:
I had a Frontier technician out to repair an intermittent degraded signal
yesterday. I had booked the appointment late last week, probably the same day
the breach occurred. Tech arrived over 2 hours past his appointment window.
He apologized and said the ticketing system was down and they were working via
email until the primary systems are back online.
I saw another Frontier tech on my walk to the donut shop this morning. He
confirmed the email situation; he's just sitting around waiting for a message
to go to the next job, and the next, and hoping the fixes are simple enough not
to require access to their ticketing system.
It's gonna be a rough couple of weeks for them, that's for sure.

As reported in some tech media and has been pushed out via customer
notification systems, Frontier has been experiencing some sort of nondescript
cyber attack on its backend infrastructure. It looks like most wholesale
customer-facing systems are affected, but some portions of their retail website
also aren't working. Frontier says customers services aren't affected. There
are some user reports that they are affected, but we all know the accuracy of
user reports.
