Page and site load but the actual functions that appear to be run by their backend stopped working at 9am-ish EST (such as confirming seats, etc.)
But alas this does not look at all like a Level3 or inter-tubes issue... Just a broken airline computer system. Looks like some airports ground to a halt, I¹m sure there will be a media story about it soon enough.
