ISPs ~ Internet Service Providers.

So far a few of our remote locations on the east coast, once they stopped using 
their ISPs DNS (one of them being Comcast) and changed to Google's 
8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 or L3's 4.2.2.2/4.2.2.3 they are no longer having issues 
resolving FQDNs hosted by eNomCentral.
