I guess I can see a reason to have some sort of mass refresh feature but I've 
never heard of anyone or anyplace having something like that set up.

Which leads to an interesting question (that I wouldn't want to thread on
too long, but I can't set a Reply-To Discussions :-) --

How many eyeball networks are actually set up to execute that request 
without requiring manual Tier 3 intervention?  Any?
