Not Sure where the NOC Was that I was talking to. We're in Chicago Area.
Note: Our Circuits are up, but calling into the NOC, their computer
systems were down to do any diagnostic work.

I just called in to check on overnight trouble on one of our Fiber
Metro-E Circuits, and was told that the entire NOC Computer system was
down, and they couldn't do anything. They're supposed to call me back
'when we get back online' (No ETA).
