We were seeing the same. They are responding now.
>From one of our networks to them it looked like an ISP issue (sprintlink)
as the hops just bounced around a specific IP space without looping.
Hopefully VoIP Innovations will give the lot of us an RFO, even an informal
one will be welcome.
